About
Sarah started her career with 15 years in corporate finance and leadership, where she learned that women could do everything, but there would always be a trade off. She found herself burnt out, not enjoying her family and friends, drinking too much, snapping at the kids .... and she knew something had to change.
Sarah then did the work on herself and realised she was standing in her own way, living a life that others expected of her and believing her own bullsh*t as a way of not moving forward.
Sarah went on to become a personal trainer and opened a Womens Wellness Centre on The Central Coast and Wellness Retreat Venue in The Hunter Valley. She then studied psychology and wants to move away from the traditional therapist model.
Sarah believes health is a balance of moving your body, nourishing your body and mind, understanding your mind and having great connections.
Sarah believes all people deserve the tools the thrive, to understand how their childhood has shaped them and to take responsibility for their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Sarah is passionate about doing things differently and making psychology accessible for everyone.
