Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking your retreat. All retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies. Transfers to existing participants are not permitted. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone new to take your place. In this case, we can update the booking name, provided we are notified in writing and the replacement guest agrees to the retreat terms and conditions. Please understand that this policy applies equally to all participants. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding as this ensures fairness and consistency for all guests and helps us manage the extensive logistics involved in running our retreats.
