Welcome to In My Mind Psychology! By accessing or using our website, services, and programs (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please let us know prior to engaging with our services.

Services

In My Mind Psychology offers various services including online workshops, face-to-face workshops, downloadable courses, and wellness retreats. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to submit information to us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. If you have been required to create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

No Refund and Cancellation Policy for Retreat Bookings

At In My Mind Psychology, we work hard to plan meaningful and impactful retreats. To make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly, we have the following No Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Booking Fee and Payments

  • Your booking fee (deposit) is non-refundable. This means that if you cancel, you lose your deposit.

  • Once you have paid the full amount for the retreat, that payment is also non-refundable.

  • To secure your place at the retreat, full payment must be received no later than 6 weeks before the event date. This ensures that we can finalise all bookings and arrangements, including accommodation, catering, and other event details.

  • Payment Deadline:
    The final payment for the retreat is due 6 weeks before the event date. If payment is not received by this date, unfortunately, we will not be able to hold your spot, and your booking will be cancelled. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited as outlined in our cancellation policy.

  • Late Payments:
    In certain cases, if you miss the payment deadline, we may offer a 24-hour grace period to submit payment. However, if payment is not received within this extended period, your place will be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost. We strongly encourage you to complete your payment promptly to avoid any disruption to your retreat plans.

2. If You Cancel

  • If you need to cancel your booking, you must let us know in writing by emailing admin@inmymindpsychology.com.

  • If you are unable to attend the retreat after your booking has been confirmed, please notify us as soon as possible. However, please note that there are no refunds for cancellations made after the payment deadline, regardless of the reason. This includes the forfeiture of any deposits paid.

  • We recommend that you review your schedule and commitment before booking to ensure your participation in the retreat. If you have any questions or concerns about payment or cancellation, please feel free to contact us.

  • If you cancel, your deposit is non- refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the retreat are not eligible for any transfers unless the conditions in Section 3 are met.

3. Finding Someone to Take Your Place

  • If you can’t attend, you can transfer your booking to someone else.

  • The new participant cannot already be booked into the retreat.

  • The person taking your place must pay the full retreat fee, which will count as their deposit and booking payment.

  • It is your responsibility to find someone to take your place, though we may help by offering your spot to our waitlist if one exists.

  • All transfers must be confirmed and finalised at least 30 days before the retreat.

4. If We Cancel or Reschedule

  • If In My Mind Psychology needs to cancel or reschedule the retreat, we will offer you two options:

    • Transfer your booking to a future retreat; or

    • Receive a full refund of all payments you have made.

5. No Exceptions

  • This policy applies to everyone, no matter the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies or unexpected changes in your plans.

6. Acknowledgement of Policy

  • By booking a retreat with In My Mind Psychology, you agree to this No Refund and Cancellation Policy and understand that your deposit and payments are non-refundable if you cancel.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of In My Mind Psychology and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

In My Mind Psychology will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. We do not guarantee any specific results from your participation in our programs.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
