Meet Sarah

Meet Sarah, the visionary owner of Glen Eden Estate, the Hunter Valley's premier retreat venue. With over 20 successful retreats under her belt and having assisted hundreds of others in hosting memorable events on her property, Sarah is a leading expert in retreat planning. Her Women's Wellness Retreats are particularly sought after, often selling out within days of their release!

Sarah first gained recognition on Instagram after transitioning from her corporate career to open WTribe, a Women's Wellness Centre on the Central Coast of NSW, in 2016. Her journey into psychology has further enriched her platform, creating a supportive space for women to address mental health challenges and navigate the complexities of modern life. Passionate about holistic health, Sarah's retreats are celebrated for their ideal blend of enjoyment and rejuvenation.

  • What is the accommodation like at the Retreat?
    The accommodation at the Women's Healing Retreat is designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for participants. Most rooms are twin share, accommodating 4-6 people per cabin. Alternatively, participants can opt for a private Glamping tent for an additional $200 charge, offering a more exclusive retreat experience.
  • What are the payment options available for the Women's Retreat?
    To secure a spot at the Women's Retreat, participants are required to pay a deposit. Payment plans with monthly options are also available upon request for those who prefer to spread out their payments. Our goal is to make the retreat accessible to all participants, ensuring flexibility in payment arrangements.
  • Can I come to the Women's Retreat alone or with a group?
    At the Women's Wellness Retreat, you have the flexibility to attend alone or with friends. If you book with a friend, we can arrange for you to share a room. For group bookings, we aim to allocate you to a cabin with your group if possible. If you're joining solo, don't worry! We'll pair you with another participant, fostering new friendships and ensuring a welcoming environment. Many attendees come alone and leave with lasting connections.
  • When is the final payment due for the Women's Healing Retreat?
    The final payment for the Women's Healing Retreat is due 6 weeks before the retreat commences. Please note that all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, ensuring the smooth operation of the retreat and the commitment of participants to their attendance.
  • What are the nearest airports to the Women's Retreat?
    The nearest airports to the Women's Retreat are Newcastle Airport, approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away, and Sydney Airport, approximately 2.5 hours away. Both airports offer car hire services, or participants can arrange transfers for convenient transportation to the retreat location.
  • What should participants bring to the Women's Retreat?
    Participants should bring comfortable clothes for daily activities, swimwear for relaxation sessions, activewear for fitness classes, and attire for the Saturday night theme evening. The specific theme for the evening will be announced 6 weeks before the retreat, allowing participants to prepare accordingly.
  • What is the duration of the Women's Retreat?
    The Women's Retreat typically lasts for 3 days and 2 nights, providing ample time for participants to engage in various healing activities and immerse themselves in the retreat experience.
