Connected Minds
Retreats

Where Psychology Meets The Body.

Connected Minds Retreats are immersive, experiences designed to bring the work of therapy into the real world — through movement, mindfulness, and human connection. Each retreat follows the natural rhythm of the seasons and the body — guiding you from stillness to renewal, from reflection to aliveness. They’re not about escaping life, but about learning how to inhabit it more deeply.

Our Philosophy

The mind heals through awareness. The body heals through safety. Connection heals through being seen.

Our retreats weave these truths together. Every element — the setting, schedule, food, and facilitation — is designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration. You’ll be guided through a blend of evidence-based psychology, somatic practice, mindfulness, and embodied movement — grounded in trauma-informed care and delivered with warmth, humour, and compassion.

The Somatic Seasons

Each retreat is part of the Connected Minds Seasonal Cycle — four distinct states of the body and mind that mirror nature’s rhythm.

Expansion & Energy

Summer holds the energy of aliveness — the culmination of the cycle. Embodiment is the integration of everything learned: the mind clear, the body open, the self expressed. This season invites joyful presence, shared experience, and the freedom that comes from safety within.

Grounding & Release

Autumn invites a soft descent — the exhale after seasons of movement. Descent is the art of slowing down and listening to what the body has been holding. Through grounded psychological practice and somatic awareness, we explore what it means to release gently and create space for clarity.

Deep Reset & Reflection

Winter teaches the wisdom of pause. Stillness is the retreat of the nervous system — the slow recalibration that allows healing to take hold. Through mindfulness-based psychology, restorative somatic practices, and connection in quiet community, this season offers rest and emotional regulation.

Rebirth & Renewal

Spring is the gentle rise — the moment energy begins to move again. Emergence is about awakening the body’s natural vitality without rush or demand. Through movement, breath, and values-based reflection, we reawaken curiosity, creativity, and self-trust.
