You're not just joining a platform.
You're joining Sarah
a Registered Psychologist
For years, I've noticed the same moment at the end of every retreat, intensive, or block of therapy.
It's the moment where something has shifted. Women leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves… but there's also a quiet anxiety.

Because Monday is coming.

The inbox. The meetings. The kids. The endless mental load waiting exactly where they left it. The space that held them so beautifully over the past few days suddenly disappears.

I couldn't stop thinking about that moment.

The truth is, lasting change doesn't happen in a weekend. It happens in the ordinary moments that follow. The moments when you need someone to remind you of what you already know. When you need support before you're in crisis. When you need a place to reconnect with yourself and keep moving forward.

That's why I created The Inner Circle.

Before becoming a psychologist, I spent more than 15 years in corporate leadership, building a successful career while quietly living with chronic stress, perfectionism and, eventually, burnout. I know what it's like to be the person everyone relies on while feeling completely overwhelmed yourself. I know what it's like to keep achieving on the outside while wondering why it still doesn't feel enough.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

I returned to university and became a registered psychologist, bringing together everything I'd learnt from both worlds. Today, I hold a Bachelor of Management, I'm a non-practising CPA, have an MBA, and completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) before becoming an AHPRA registered psychologist.

Every week, I work with women navigating burnout, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship challenges and the invisible mental load so many carry. While every person's story is different, one thing remains the same: meaningful change isn't built through one breakthrough conversation. It's built through consistent support, small shifts, and having someone in your corner as life unfolds.

The Inner Circle was created to bridge the gap between therapy sessions, retreats and everyday life.
It's not designed to replace individual therapy. It's designed to provide ongoing, evidence-based support that helps you continue growing long after the appointment ends.

Every month, I create resources based on what our community is actually navigating. The live masterclasses are shaped by your questions and challenges. The guided meditations help regulate your nervous system when life feels overwhelming. The fortnightly reflections create a personal journal of your growth over time. And our private community reminds you that you're never doing this work alone.

This isn't another course you'll buy and never finish.
It's a place to belong.
A place to pause.
A place to come back to yourself.

When you join The Inner Circle, you're not getting generic self-help advice. You're receiving support from someone who understands both the psychology and the realities of modern life—the competing priorities, the pressure to keep everyone else afloat, and how easy it is to lose yourself in the process.
I show up here exactly as I do in my therapy room and on retreat: warm, practical, compassionate and grounded in evidence. My hope is that this becomes the place you return to whenever life feels heavy, whenever you need a reset, or whenever you simply need someone to remind you that you're not doing this alone.
Because every woman deserves access to ongoing support—not just when she's struggling enough to book an appointment, but while she's building a life that feels calmer, more connected and more aligned with who she truly is.
If that's what you've been looking for, I'd love to welcome you into The Inner Circle.

A little extra,
from someone I trust
Charlie Abra

Charlie is the founder of Tathra, a somatic practice space built around one idea: the body remembers what the mind can't always reach. She works through breath, movement and stillness, helping people come back into their nervous system rather than just talking about what's hard. If you've ever felt like you understand your patterns in your head but still can't settle in your body, this is the piece she brings.

She's also a proud Dunghutti woman, and connection to Country runs through everything she creates, it's not separate from the somatic work, it's part of the ground it stands on. I've asked Charlie to bring some of that into The Inner Circle because I think regulation and reflection go hand in hand, you can't think your way to feeling safe, and you can't feel your way to insight alone. She'll be adding somatic meditations to our library and hosting a monthly live somatic practice, so we get a chance to actually do this work together, not just understand it.
