Meet Sarah
Sarah Wills is a registered psychologist, trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and a proud member of both Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) and the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA.) With an interest in relational EMDR, Sarah is passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces for her clients to process and heal from trauma. She believes that the intensive format of her sessions offers the ideal environment for deep, transformative work, enabling clients to move toward greater well-being and resilience.

What is the accommodation like at the Retreat?The accommodation at the Women's Healing Retreat is designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for participants. Most rooms are twin share, accommodating 4-6 people per cabin. Alternatively, participants can opt for a private Glamping tent for an additional $200 charge, offering a more exclusive retreat experience.

Can I come to the Women's Retreat alone or with a group?At the Women's Wellness Retreat, you have the flexibility to attend alone or with friends. If you book with a friend, we can arrange for you to share a room. For group bookings, we aim to allocate you to a cabin with your group if possible. If you're joining solo, don't worry! We'll pair you with another participant, fostering new friendships and ensuring a welcoming environment. Many attendees come alone and leave with lasting connections.
