The Women's Retreat
Winter Full Moon: Deep Reset & Reflection
Kenthurst, NSW • June 18-21, 2027
4 days/3 nights of rest, regulation, and reconnection, held under the winter full moon.
Created by Psychologist Sarah Wills and Aboriginal Somatic Therapist Charlie Abra, this immersive experience invites you to pause, soften, and restore your mind and body. Our retreat weekend falls right across June's full moon, a natural marker to pause, release what you're ready to let go of, and reset your intentions. Paired with the stillness of winter, it's the backdrop this retreat is built for. In the quiet of the bush we gather for three nights of guided reflection, mindfulness-based psychology, somatic rest practices, and Reiki sessions (details confirmed closer to the date once we've finalised numbers). This is a space for deep exhale, to lay down what you've been holding and remember what it feels like to be still.
Meet your hosts

Sarah Wills
Sarah is a warm, down-to-earth psychologist known for her deeply human approach to healing. Drawing on evidence-based practices including EMDR Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Parts Work, Sarah creates a space that feels both grounded and transformative. Her work invites you to reconnect with yourself — the parts that need understanding, compassion, and freedom — so that you can live more consciously and fully.
With a lifelong passion for helping others find alignment between mind, body, and purpose, Sarah brings a unique blend of professionalism, heart, and wisdom to every space she holds. Whether in therapy or at retreat, her intention is always the same: to help you come home to yourself.
Charlie Abra
Charlie’s work is rooted in the wisdom of the body. With training in somatic experiencing, breathwork, and nervous system regulation, she helps individuals reconnect to their innate capacity for safety and presence. Her sessions blend practical tools with intuitive guidance — helping participants release stored tension, expand awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner calm.
Charlie brings a grounded energy and gentle strength to every retreat, creating an environment where people feel safe to explore, soften, and rebuild trust within themselves. Her approach is heart-led — a beautiful complement to Sarah’s psychological and relational work.

Disclaimer Our retreats are thoughtfully designed and facilitated by a registered psychologist to create a space for rest, reflection, learning, and personal growth. While psychological principles may inform the content and facilitation, these retreats are not psychological therapy and should not be considered a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care. If you are currently experiencing mental health concerns or require therapeutic support, we recommend seeking assistance from a qualified health professional in accordance with AHPRA-regulated standards. Participation in a retreat does not establish a therapeutic relationship. By attending, you acknowledge that the retreat experience is offered as an educational and coaching-based opportunity for wellbeing and selfdevelopment, distinct from the clinical services provided by a registered psychologist. If you are a current therapy client of Sarah's and are considering this retreat, please get in touch before booking. Attending alongside your therapist outside the therapy room creates a dual relationship, and we assess this individually with each client to make sure it's appropriate and won't affect your therapeutic care
