Through Telehealth sessions, Sarah ensures accessibility and convenience, allowing you to prioritise your mental health no matter where you are. With rebates available through a Mental Health Care Plan, professional support is made more affordable, helping you take the next step toward resilience, clarity, and well-being.

Once you’ve submitted your New Client Form, here’s what happens next:
Welcome & Next Steps
Our administration team will reach out with a welcome email, including a Consent Form and a short DASS-21 questionnaire to complete.
Join the Waitlist
Once both forms are submitted, you’ll be added to our waitlist for the next available appointment in 2026.
Appointment Coordination
When a space becomes available, our team will contact you directly to arrange your first session.
