About the event
Event description
Why setting limits feels so hard, and how to stop feeling guilty for having them.
In this live online session, psychologist Sarah Wills explores the psychology behind people-pleasing, where your boundaries actually come from, and how to start holding them in a way that feels natural rather than confrontational.
This isn't about becoming harder or more guarded. It's about understanding yourself well enough to know what you need, and feeling safe enough to say so.
What we'll cover: Why boundaries feel selfish (and why that feeling lies to you). The connection between your history and how you set limits today. Practical ways to hold boundaries without guilt or over-explaining.
