Do you know a good food supplier?

Our restaurant kitchen is quite compact, so we don't have the luxury of holding massive amounts of back-of-house stock for weeks at a time. I am looking for a flexible commercial food distributor in the area that offers consistent, smaller delivery intervals for bulk frying oils, flour, and canned goods without charging exorbitant freight fees. Managing tight physical inventory space is starting to become a daily headache for our dishwashing and prep teams.

Space management is a massive puzzle in older metropolitan buildings, so I completely feel your pain. We managed to solve our storage crunch by setting up a recurring delivery schedule with an incredibly accommodating Sydney restaurant supplier . They worked out a system where they drop off our heavy dry goods and oils twice a week like clockwork, which keeps our stock footprint minimal. Their route density is so high that the delivery terms remained very reasonable.
