Created by Psychologist Sarah Wills and Aboriginal Somatic Therapist Charlie Abra, this immersive retreat invites you to step away from the noise and reconnect with your body, mind, and self. Across three nurturing days, you’ll explore mindfulness-based psychology, somatic grounding, breathwork, and gentle nature practices — all designed to help you slow, soften, and land back in your own rhythm.
